Judge
orders co-op to release addresses - (D

December
14 - Writ of Mandamus Hearing -
The court hearing was confusing to say the least. Until the judges
order is released, the exact outcome is uncertain. That fact being
taken into account, it seems that Count 1: Mandated members
inspection of Sec records: brought by Charlene West was approved.
The
rest of the counts were ignored by Judge Reynolds with no ruling
at all. There was some mention of the Counter Suit/Class Action,
brought in answer to the Board of Trustee suit against all SEC
members, that is presently in court under Judge Mitchell and the
overlap in the Mandamus Counts with that suit. Not to be impolitic
but it seems to be a judicial game of Kick the Can down
the road.
