22 - KOB investigation of SEC and Trails's End issue
Note - if they don't pay out the capital credits as the businesses
close, then those credits accumulate for 25 yrs. We also see a
problem finding the previous owners of the businesses, which works
to the SEC advantage, not the owners of the co-op. This issue
was addressed at the May 21st board meeting and is getting ugly
and costly to the co-op owners.
