371 voted in person:
151 "YES" for the new by-laws
220 "NO" for the new by-laws

Mail-in ballots:
802 voted "YES" for the new by-laws
577 voted "NO" for the new by-laws

953 "YES"

Important note: The videographer was not available at the board meeting Wed.   Since January the SEC has been taking their own videos of the meeting. Typically these are complete, even the boring parts and unedited. Note that a critical parts of the Wed. board meeting are missing. This was proibably intentional.

The entire meeting from the last part of the Line Superintendent report, until return from executive session is not there.  The most important discussion would have been under New Business and the "Consideration of Action By Members 2015 Annual Meeting".   The Informed Cynic is asking those concerned to contact the office to put the missing part up.
